When the temperature of use environment less than 4℃, at the start-up phase, the lube and cooling water may be coagulated into solid and it’s unable to carry out the function of lubrication or cooling, then the engine would be damaged.
 Water jacket heater applied to  preheating oil and water for all types of diesel engines, the constant temperature is 40℃.

Installation and usage:

1, Pipes connection
Please follow to the Installation indicate chart( Chart 2), to make sure the water direction accordance to the indicate of preheater, and the water gap is horizontal upward.
2, Circuit connection
 Working voltage is 220V, take one 1.5mm2 soft line as the leading line, and then open the cover of side box of “outlet”( as chart 3), the power wire go through the cover hole, and connect to the insert by the special tool. Then connect to the relative inside leading line (green yellow line is the protective earth line), make sure the connection is proper.
3, Usage
Before power on, please make sure the preheater is installed under the low water firmly, and make sure there is no air inside and full fill with water.
