EP-40 intelligent control cabinet is a simple-type control system which special design for diesel generator unit to accomplish the function of automatic start, automatic control and automatic protection.

                                 

Function:

1, With the function of manual and automatic control

Controller will automatic accomplish the program control and process control of automatic start, pump set running, protection of failure shutdown etc. after input the automatic signal to start or press the start button manually. 

2, With the function of automatic monitor

To monitor the speed change in the process of start,idle speed,speed up,full speed of engine automatically.Automatically accomplish the launch and withdrawal of engine,shutdown of overspeed and lowspeed, output running signal after the speed come to normal.

3, With the function of indicate the running condition of diesel pump

Indicator light and display indicate the running condition of system, including: standby,start,provide fuel,automatic start,idle speed delay,normal running, urgent shotdown etc.

4, With the function of verify and indicate the running parameters

In the running process of system, display indicates the real time speed of engine and real figures such as oil pressure,water temperature,running time and voltage of battery by page-turning.

5, With the function of self-diagnosis of failure,display of failure and protection of automatic

 

shutdown:

When there are some unusual situations occur in the automatic start and running process of pump set,controller can judge the failure by the preset parameters, and indicate the reasons of the failure according to the display and related indicator lights of panel, automatic alarm signal can be received by external connective buzzer user.
