AIS intelligent generator unit tester is the professional equipment that test the performance of diesel generator unit. There are several kinds: GB/military standard, main frequency/ medium frequency, high pressure/ low pressure, fuel/ gas, single/ parallel.

This equipment adopts professional testing software and professional industrial computer, sampling, manage and calculate the relevant power parameters to three-phases voltage and three-phases current systemically. The calculation method of system adopts standard GB/T2820-1997, the results would be displayed, printed and archived by data,forms,dynamic charts directly, the control interface is one kind of friendly man-machine dialogue.

Function

1、  The function including: Steady state test, instantaneous test(Impact load, uninstall load) and harmonic analysis.

2、  The system automatic test the maximum and minimum and recover time of voltage and frequency during steady state load change and instantaneous impact change.

3、  The system has a function of data eduction. It’s available to educe the test result datum and analysis datum by the datasheet.

4、  The system is allowed to arrange the test datum and analysic datum as different customers’ requirement.

5、  The system has perfect user manage function and enter checkout function.

6、  The test datum of system include: three line voltage, three phase voltage,current, active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency and harmonic content and total harmonic distortion of each time of 1-32 times of voltage and current.

 

7、  The analysis datum include:the setting increase range of relative voltage, the setting drop range of relative voltage, the setting range of voltage, the setting change speed of voltage, the setting increase range of relative frequency, the setting drop range of relative frequency, the setting change speed of frequency, the unbalancedness degree of voltage, the drop of steady state frequency, the relative frequency tolerance, the voltage modulation, the harmonic distortion of voltage and current.

8、  The dynamic test data of generator transmits to computer through computer grabbing card and calculate the relevant parameters. The grabbing rate of data is 100K/S.

9、  The system inspects and protect the electrical parameters of generator, includes: over voltage, under voltage,over current, over power, over frequency, under frequency.

10、       Automatic monitoring the unit about speed change during the process of start, idle,speed, and finishing the input and evacuate of generator’s start-up, pre-alarm and stop of over speed and low speed.

11、       The pre-alarm project includes: over speed, low speed, low oil pressure, high cooling temperature, high oil temperature, low temperature(lower 4℃),low fuel level, low cooling level, low pressure of battery, high pressure of battery,un-adjust rotate speed signal.
